Customer satisfaction remains our highest priority.

We are pleased to offer a full refund for items that are returned unopened and unused. A partial refund may be granted where the original packaging is unavailable or not in its original condition. Please note that items which have been used are not eligible for a refund.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. All returned items must be accompanied by proof of purchase and, where applicable, be in their original packaging.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of the item. Once approved, the item must be dispatched within a further 7 days. Returns that fall outside of this timeframe will regrettably not be accepted.

Products under warranty should be handled with care.

If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.

Delivery times vary by destination. Orders within Europe and the UK typically arrive within 5–7 business days. For the rest of the world, please allow 7–14 business days.

If your order hasn't arrived within 21 days, please contact us and we'll look into it for you.

We restock our products regularly. If something you love is out of stock, contact us with the product name and we'll notify you as soon as it's back.
