If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for any reason, we’re here to help.

Exchange Policy: No refunds. This policy applies to all orders and all situations.

• Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, and approved items must be returned within 7 days of notification.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• If you choose to exchange your item but do not find a suitable replacement, you will be issued store credit for the value of the returned item, which can be used on a future purchase.
  
  

  All returns and exchanges must include a valid tracking number. Please keep your tracking information until your return or exchange has been received and processed. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during return shipping without proof of shipment and tracking.

  Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unworn, and with any original tags or packaging included.

  Please note that sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

   

Unclaimed or Returned Parcels:

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor their tracking information and make any necessary arrangements with their local courier for delivery or collection.

If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected, delivery attempts were missed, customs charges were not paid (where applicable), or the customer failed to contact the courier, no refund will be issued. These circumstances are beyond our control and do not make an order eligible for a refund.

If you wish to have your order resent or exchanged after it has been returned to us, any additional shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returned Parcels & Refund Eligibility

Parcels that are returned to us without prior notification to the customer are not eligible for a refund. Once a returned parcel has been received and processed, the customer will be issued store credit only. Refunds will not be provided for parcels returned to sender under these circumstances.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree that any parcel returned to us, regardless of whether notification of the return was received, will be eligible for store credit only and not a monetary refund.

Chargebacks:

As a small business, we work hard to provide honest service and fulfil every order. If tracking confirms that an order has been shipped and/or delivered, initiating a chargeback instead of contacting us directly is considered an abuse of the payment system.

We encourage all customers to reach out to us first so we can work together to resolve any genuine concerns. Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks on successfully fulfilled orders may be disputed using the tracking information and delivery confirmation provided by the shipping carrier.

We appreciate your understanding and support. Running a small business involves significant costs, and these policies help us continue providing quality products and service to all of our customers.

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds are not offered as part of our standard policy and are considered only in exceptional circumstances.

A refund may be issued where an order has been placed on the same day and, due to a system stock error or inventory discrepancy, we are unable to fulfil the order before processing has begun. As no processing, packing, or dispatch has commenced, a refund may be approved at our discretion.

All refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed and remains solely at our discretion based on the circumstances of each order.
