All of our orders are primarily shipped with Correos, our trusted delivery partner. At this time, we are unable to offer a choice of shipping provider — we select the most suitable carrier based on your delivery location to ensure the best possible service.

Estimated Delivery Times

• UK & Europe: 5–8 business days
• United States: 8–10 business days
• Dubai: 10–12 business days
• Rest of the World: 10-14 business days

Please note these are estimated timeframes only. Delivery can occasionally take longer due to courier delays, customs processing, weekends, public holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or external factors once an order has been dispatched.

For both free and paid shipping options, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges applied by the destination country.

Please also note that we cannot accept responsibility for deliveries made to third-party shipping companies, freight forwarders, or forwarding addresses. Any shipments sent to these services are made at the customer's own risk.

Dispatch & Processing Times

If an item is in stock, orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours.

For pre-order items, dispatch usually takes approximately 14 days, plus the shipping time to your delivery destination.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking information, allowing you to follow your parcel's journey to its destination.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Processing and dispatch times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to stock availability, supplier delays, high order volumes, public holidays, courier disruptions, customs processing, adverse weather conditions, and other unforeseen operational circumstances.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your shipment may be held until all items are available, unless otherwise stated.

If your order is time-sensitive, we kindly ask that you place your order well in advance. While we always strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, we are unable to guarantee a specific dispatch or delivery date, as delays can occasionally occur for reasons outside of our control.
